Folks, this is something special that I’ve been working on for the past week.

Amanda,
This is a great idea you have and I wish you well. Would you please recommend me to join your network and add me to your newsletter.
We are always looking for affiliates as well as clients in distress for our organization. Dsvid Frank is a US Department of Justice Court Appointed Receiver/Trustee Nationwide. We currently have over 160 afffiliate offices and believe that in the current economic situation we can be mutually beneficial to each other.
Thanks, Joe. You probably found this thanks to Amanda Ellis‘s suggestion. I’m not sure if you’d like to sign up for my newsletter and/or if this comment was meant for her. I’ll let her know that you commented here.
Thanks for the great resource. I was laid off last winter at Cooley Godward only four months after starting and it has been challenging to say the least. It is encouraging to see that some firms are hiring again and I’m hoping to see more openings for junior associates soon.
Can you make the column headings sortable? So for example if I click on the “location” column heading, I get the list sorted geographically?
Hi Observer:
That is definitely a priority. I have not yet figured out how to do that in Google Docs. (If you know how, I’d love to hear it!)
I’m trying to keep the costs on my end low and use open-source/freeware so that I can offer resources to the public for free.

This is a fantastic idea. Thank you.
Update: I have some good news and bad news.
The bad news? I still have not figured out a way for viewers to sort the embedded version of the December job listings at Am Law 100 firms.
The good news? I updated the excel spreadsheet so that you can sort by columns, if you view it as a Google docs spreadsheet using this link.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Fantastic idea, thank you!
