The Director of HR will possess strong analytical capabilities and be help to drive all the HR efforts across the Company including: policy development, compensation strategy, performance management design, employee relations management, training and development and oversight of benefits. The role will require a business-oriented executive who recognizes changing market dynamics and can effectively innovate and partner across all areas of the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate high creativity within the HR universe and show how they have innovated in a number of key areas such as: M&A, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Coaching, and Talent Development.
